Christmas Eve Breakfast

Join us for our Christmas Eve breakfast on December 24 at 8 AM!

After breakfast, we’ll go into the Sanctuary to sing Christmas carols, hear the Christmas story, and share Communion. All ages are welcome!

Christmas Party

Please join us for our Christmas Party on December 16!

At 5 PM, we’ll go caroling around the neighborhood.

At 6 PM, we’ll be back at the church to enjoy a potluck supper.

We will have cookie decorating and Christmas movies for the kids, plus there might be a visit from St. Nick himself!

Visiting for the first time?

Welcome to Arp UMC! No matter who you are or where you come from, we’re glad you’re here!

Who We Are

Arp UMC is part of The United Methodist Church. Our denomination is open to anyone who is looking for a worshipping community who wants to have a relationship with God. We worship and serve a God who loves everyone, and so we do our best to love everyone as well.

If you’d like to know more about our beliefs, you can read about it here:  http://www.umc.org/what-we-believe.

What to Expect on Sunday Morning

Our Sunday mornings begin with a coffee and fellowship time before Sunday School, around 9:00. Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:45, and worship in the Sanctuary begins at 10:45.

Our worship is “casual traditional.” We’ll be singing traditional hymns and gospel songs, but you can wear anything from formal to overalls. Children are welcome in our service, especially the noisy ones!

How to Find Us

We’re nestled in a neighborhood at 206 W Phillips St. in Arp, TX, just a block down from the water tower.
